Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, home health, or assisted living.
- Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace setup.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

Virtual Assisted Living Nurse
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual wellness assessments and follow-up check-ins with residents or family caregivers.
Monitor patient records, care plans, and vital information through digital platforms.
Provide guidance on daily care routines, medication reminders, and symptom reporting via phone or video call.
Collaborate remotely with physicians, nurses, and care teams to coordinate treatment plans.
Document patient interactions, progress updates, and any changes in health condition using EMR systems.
Offer emotional support, education, and reassurance to patients and their families.
Communicate promptly about urgent health changes to supervising clinicians.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and healthcare standards.
